Hello! My name is Mimi.

I was rescued from Uljin local shelter in South Korea with my siblings. Even though my siblings and I were only two-month old babies, we were on the list of euthanasia. Fortunately, we were all rescued just before being euthanized. Two of my siblings were adopted in Korea, and my brother, Cookie, and I came to the US to find our forever family.

I arrived at my original foster home on 4/26/2025, but unfortunately, the placement had to be cancelled due to my separation anxiety. I know I am a very sweet and playful girl, however, I was anxious because of the sudden change in environment, unfamiliar people, and the long journey I endured. Thankfully, one of Charm Adopt volunteers has taken care of me for a week, so I become much more comfortable and confident being in a new environment. In addition, she found me a wonderful new foster home in LA!

I love eating, walking, and dancing on the ground! Since I grew up and lived with 20 other dogs and 2 cats in my Korean foster home, I can have a good relationship with dogs and cats. However, always my favorite is human friend! I am a sweet, gentle, and cautious girl. All I need is a little time and patience to adjust to my new surroundings. With love and care, I will blossom into the wonderful dog I truly am!
