Bom

Hi! My name is Bom.

🐾Japanese spitz Jindo mix/ 1years old / Weight : 6.5kg (14.33 lb)
🐾Female (Spayed and fully vetted)

Bom’s name means “Spring” in Korean — and like the season she’s named after, her story is one of quiet resilience, hope, and new beginnings.

She was rescued from a city shelter in South Korea, where she was placed on the euthanasia list after 15 days without adoption. Thin, scared, and unsure of love, Bom had nearly given up… until a group of kind rescuers gave her a second chance. Since then, she’s begun to bloom.

Bom flew to the U.S. in March 2025 and is now thriving in her foster home in New Jersey. She has blossomed into a sweet, gentle companion who enjoys walks, treats, toys, and cuddles. She especially loves playing with her foster dad and lights up when she’s around people she trusts.

She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her warmth and loyalty shine through. Bom is smart, affectionate, and sensitive — the kind of dog who will quietly sit beside you and make every day feel softer.

Bom is looking for a forever family that will continue to show her the love and patience she deserves.

She would thrive in a calm home with gentle humans, and perhaps another friendly dog to keep her company.

If you think your home might be the one she’s been waiting for,

please fill out an adoption application.

Let’s help Bom find the loving forever home where her spring will last a lifetime.
