Hi, my name is Momo.
My mom was a stray dog in South Korea. When she was pregnant with me and my siblings, she got caught in a wild boar trap. Her back leg was badly injured, and by the time people found her, it was too late to save it. Because she was pregnant, she had to undergo an amputation surgery without proper anesthesia - she endured unimaginable pain.
But my mom is a true warrior. Despite the terrible conditions of the shelter, she gave birth to seven healthy puppies, including me. Even with the pain of her missing leg, she did everything she could to protect and are for us in that harsh environment.
Thankfully, kind-hearted rescuers heard our story and came together to save our family. We were taken to an animal hospital, where amazing vets and loving nurses helped us recover and grow strong. After weaning us, my mom was finally able to get the surgery she truly needed. She’s now living in a warm and caring foster home, continuing her recovery.
As for me and my playful siblings, we stayed together at our Korean rescuer’s home for a while. Later, Mochi and I were taken in by Charm Adopt. We are now with a kind foster family in Korea, preparing for our journey to the U.S. to find our forever families. But since puppies must be at least 6 months old to travel, we are also hoping to find a family in Korea while we wait.
I am a sweet and energetic puppy, full of love and joy. I love food, treats, and playing with my foster dog sister. If you are looking for a cheerful, lovable little companion - I might be the perfect match for you! If you welcome me into your family, I promise every day will be filled with happiness. Choosing me will be the best decision of your life.
Please be my forever family!
